3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your 77luki account. This includes:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your account.
• All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims made through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits, registered in your legal name.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB Monday to Saturday).
• Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on Sundays and Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Any active bonus balance or pending wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal.
• 77luki reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity, duplicate accounts, or terms violations.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, 77luki requires that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees and additional verification procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 77luki are subject to the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless explicitly stated in specific promotions.
• In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets are voided and stakes returned, unless the match resumes within 48 hours.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the governing sports body (FIFA, UEFA, ATP, etc.).
• For bandar bola (football betting), mix parlay (accumulator) bets are voided if any selection is canceled; remaining selections do not form a reduced parlay.
• Live in-play betting odds and markets are subject to rapid change. Bets are accepted based on odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

6.2 Casino and Slot Game Rules

• All casino games and slots operate with certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is completed and result displayed.
• In the event of technical malfunctions (disconnections, software errors), affected game rounds are voided and stakes returned.

8. Limitations of Liability
